I'm Wesley Frankel, and I launched NC Sports Report with a clear mission: to elevate local sports journalism and transform passive fans into active digital communities. With a background in psychology, a strong foundation in AI-driven development, and on-the-ground experience in sports media, I saw an untapped opportunity to merge behavioral science with scalable technology to create more personalized, engaging, and future-ready sports experiences.

The Vision

In a world dominated by national coverage and generalized content, local sports are too often underserved. Yet, the passion for local teams, athletes, and stories runs deep—especially in communities across North Carolina. NC Sports Report is designed to fill that gap, combining credible journalism, dynamic fan engagement, and next-gen digital tools to build a media platform that grows with its audience.
